As the number of cases of COVID-19 in the USA decrease in parts of the country and increase in others, the United States Government has looked cautiously ahead to the end of the pandemic and a much-needed economic recovery by ratifying the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP). Passed by Congress and ultimately signed by President Biden in March 2021, ARP “provides additional relief to address the continued impact of COVID-19 on the economy, public health, state and local governments, individuals, and businesses.”
